Steps to Online Notarization Process

1) Schedule an Appointment

After scheduling, you will receive:

  • Appointment confirmation text

  • “Next Steps” email

  • Text/email from the notary introducing themselves

2) Upload Document

  • Upon receiving your document, the notary will create the online notarization session.

  • Once created, you will receive an email from us with the subject “Live eSignature Session Scheduled.”

    • This email is your session confirmation email.

  • Click the “Preview eSignature Package” button in your session confirmation email to start the identity verification process.

    • Identify confirmation can be done at any time before your online notarization appointment.

3) Identity Verification

  • 5-10 minutes before your appointment time, you will receive an email from us with the subject “Live eSignature Session Started.” 

    • Click the “Join Now” button to meet with the notary and complete your notarization.

4) Notarization Session

  • Once the online session has been completed you will be emailed a link to download your signed and notarized document.
