Steps to Online Notarization Process
1) Schedule an Appointment
After scheduling, you will receive:
Appointment confirmation text
“Next Steps” email
Text/email from the notary introducing themselves
2) Upload Document
Upon receiving your document, the notary will create the online notarization session.
Once created, you will receive an email from us with the subject “Live eSignature Session Scheduled.”
This email is your session confirmation email.
Click the “Preview eSignature Package” button in your session confirmation email to start the identity verification process.
Identify confirmation can be done at any time before your online notarization appointment.
3) Identity Verification
5-10 minutes before your appointment time, you will receive an email from us with the subject “Live eSignature Session Started.”
Click the “Join Now” button to meet with the notary and complete your notarization.
4) Notarization Session
Once the online session has been completed you will be emailed a link to download your signed and notarized document.
